Principals
Monica Froese
Monica first began her career as a title abstractor in the late 1980s. She worked independently for a number of local and national clients, and “in house” for several local survey companies. This work provided Monica with a broad range of experience, including an expertise in researching “paper company” land, performing boundary line searches, and documenting liens for various credit bureaus. In addition, Monica is a Notary Public and can perform real estate closings in the State of Maine.
Richard Martin
Rich is a 1986 graduate of Ohio Northern University Law School. He first began searching titles in 1983 and has done contract title work and real estate asset investigations for HUD, the FDIC, the Resolution Trust Corporation, and the Office of Thrift Supervision. As a result of these assignments and his work as an independent title searcher, Rich performed thousands of searches in hundreds of counties, cities, and towns from Downeast Maine to Key West, Florida. In 2004, Rich joined with Monica and expanded Froese Title into the business it is today.
